Terms of service

Draknar Webworks — last updated August 21, 2026

These are the terms in the same plain language we use everywhere else. Your signed client agreement is the controlling document; this page is the honest summary of it.

What you're buying

$500, once — we build your website: your services, prices, hours, photos, and a contact form that sends leads straight to you.

$50 a month — we run it: hosting, your domain, content edits, photo swaps, Google Business Profile upkeep, and a monthly traffic report.

Or $500 a year — the same service paid annually: twelve months for the price of ten (two months free vs. monthly). Cancel mid-year and unused months are refunded pro-rated.

What's covered, what's not

Covered: content changes — hours, prices, text, services, photos. Text us the change and it's done. Edits are unlimited within reason; if a request pattern stops being reasonable, we'll talk to you before anything changes or costs money.

Not covered: a new look or new structure (layout, page count, rebrand), new features, or new integrations are a new build or a quoted project — not a monthly edit. Online stores and ad campaigns aren't offered. Online booking is a $25/month add-on built on a booking account you own. A starter logo is a one-time charge from $75. We always tell you which side of the line a request is on before it costs anything.

One more honest note: our work waits on your materials. If we're waiting on your photos, text, approvals, or account access, the delay is on the clock, not on us — we'll nudge you, but we can't build with an empty folder.

Your content

You own your content and you're responsible for it being true — we only publish claims about your business (ownership, credentials, reviews) that you confirm. If something on your site is wrong, tell us and we fix it.

When you hand us photos, logos, text, or anything else to publish, you're telling us you own it or have permission to use it. If someone else claims otherwise, that claim is between you and them — we'll take the material down promptly, but the responsibility for it travels with the person who supplied it.

Billing

The build fee is due before the build starts. The monthly fee is billed automatically by card through Stripe. If a payment fails we'll reach out; the site doesn't vanish over a hiccup, but service pauses if billing stays unresolved.

If you leave

No hostages. Cancel any time. If we registered your domain, it transfers to you. You get a complete export of every lead your site collected, and we delete our copy 30 days later. After cancellation the site comes down — hosting is part of the monthly service.

What we don't control

Parts of your web presence run on companies that aren't us: Google (your Business Profile, search rankings, reviews), the hosting network, the domain registrar, Stripe, and any booking platform you add. We work those systems well on your behalf, but we don't control them — so we can't and don't promise a specific ranking, a Google approval or reinstatement, or that a third-party service never goes down or changes its rules.

Same honesty about results: a good website earns you a real shot at more calls and customers, and we build for exactly that — but nobody can honestly guarantee how many leads, sales, or dollars will follow, so we don't.

The honest fine print

We keep your site fast and monitored, and we fix problems quickly — but no one can honestly promise the internet never blinks or that any system is perfectly secure, so we don't. If something on our side ever does go wrong, our responsibility to you is capped at what you've paid us, and it covers the service itself — not business you believe you would have won, which no one can fairly measure or promise. These terms are governed by Arizona law.
